It is a plastic sealant made of asphalt, minerals, and fibers with intermediate drying. It does not crack or run at temperatures up to 60°C. It is used as a leak stopper and waterproofing sealant. It seals overlaps between membranes, expansion joints, downspouts, slab joints, cracks, and leaks.

It is available in ¼ gallon / gallon / 4-gallon pail presentations with a theoretical coverage of 2.5 m²/gallon.
